2022 QORC Rnd 9 Murphys Creek X Country & Presentations

Camping available from Friday night

Saturday night catered dinner for awards (Bookings required) - In Rider entry & $25 for additional meals

No pets allowed

Pushbike are not permitted on tracks (camping area ok)

Format: X Country 

Juniors racing 4hrs in the morning (race length will be based on amount of laps over the time period)

J4 Juniors & Seniors racing 4hrs after lunch (race length will be based on amount of laps over the time period)

Le Mans starts by class 

Important

Camping will be in a seperate area and the Pits will be a Pit lane pull off area from the race track. The Pit area will be a shared pits area for refueling, minor repairs and hydration for the kids.

Presentations will commence 30 minutes after completion

Championship presentations & dinner will commence @ 6pm

Dinner is part of race entry (additional meals can be purchased through rider entry for family/partners etc $25)

Bar will be open for purchases (eftpos & cash)

Music & bomb fire infront of the club house

Timings:

Saturday - X Country

6 - 7am - Sign on/registration & transponder hire

7.15am - Welcome & Riders brief (compulsory for all riders)

730am - Sighting lap for the Juniors

830 - 1230pm - Racing commences for Juniors only

12pm - Senior Riders briefing

12.30pm - Sighting lap for Senior riders

1pm - 5pm - Racing for seniors

Sunday - Free for all fun rider (Riders and family)

All competitors and family/friends are welcome to have some fun and go for a free ride on the club property for the day at your leisure

Canteen available Saturday B-fast & Lunch

Dinner (3 meat spit & roast veg) will be provided as part of rider entry - Additional meals can be purchased for other members during rider entry or on the day through Eftpos only

Bar will be available for the night via Eftpos or cash
