Rider fees - $165p per rider
This will include Entry to the event, 1 x site fee for the rider site & meals (1 x B-fast, lunch & dinner per entry), additional sites for support or friends &/or meals for non riders must be purchased through sign up as additional product on Ridernet. Additional meal packages can be purchased during Ridernet sign up for other family members (kids, parents etc.)
No Race licence required so support crew or parents can enter and ride. All insurance and licencing included in the entry fee. Just a fun ride for all to finish the year of racing off!!!

Camp Fires - are permits in braziers and a fire extinguisher must be close by. Check local fire restriction prior to the event.
Facilities - toilets and showers will be available for campers. The resort has a pool for relaxing and unwinding or check out the animals near the stables.

Rego - 7- 8am
Seniors 5hr Pony X Ride - 830 - 130pm
Junior 3hr Pony X ride - 2 - 5pm
QORC & JEDS Presentations (licenced bar open) from 6pm with dinner @ 530pm

Timing
Due to our beloved master time keeper (Andrew Davis) being unwell and in hospital recovering (Get well soon buddy from us all) there will be no electronic timing at the event.
We will have a time card timing point at the start/finish for riders wishing to register their times during each lap, otherwise keep going!!!
Saturday - 5hr Senior Pony X ride
Junior riders 14-15yrs old with 150cc and over big wheel bikes may ride in a team with the seniors. (Juniors must be highly skilled riders and in a team to enter. Teams may consist of minimum team of 2 riders and may be a combination of 2 junior riders or mixed with senior riders in the team)
Saturday after the seniors - 3hr Junior Pony X ride
Pony X format - Riders may swap bikes with team mates prior to returning to the track. Refueling must be completed at the pit area on evironmental mats to capture any spillage. 2kg fire extinguishers must be in the pits.
It is a fun ride in a Pony X format, we are not racing for sheep stations, points or trophies, so take it easy and have some fun. This is an opportunity for some fun relaxing riding with our QORC & JEDS riders & support crew.
Sunday
Fun trail ride & explore for all (Juniors need to be supervisored)
Tracks
Approx 20km (est 30-40mins loop for quicker riders and 60-90mins for slower riders) consisting of creek and water, tight turning forest and bush terrian, lots of logs and rocks and hilly trails up and down (some chicken runs) and some open trails to get on the pipe.
**Caution**
This is not suited for 65cc or small wheel bikes unless the rider can handle logs and rocks confidently by themselves.
